IT Asset Inventory Management System
A web-based inventory management system developed to help the SAR IT department manage equipment and track inventory across different locations.
Overview
Stash is a web-based inventory management system developed during my summer training at Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) to help the IT department manage equipment and track inventory across different locations.
Project Background
The IT department relied on spreadsheets and manual tracking to manage its equipment, making it difficult to maintain accurate inventory records. Alongside another trainee, I helped develop Stash to centralize inventory management, improve visibility, and simplify daily operations. After development, we submitted the system to SAR's IT developers for review and potential deployment.

My Contribution
I worked alongside another trainee and contributed throughout the entire development process, from gathering requirements with IT staff and designing the UI in Figma to building the system and implementing its features. My contributions included database design, frontend and backend development, inventory management, authentication, role-based access control, transaction logging, and Excel export.
